Recognizing that intricate compensation metrics and mathematical formulas often lose employee engagement in print format, we proposed a strategic shift: a metaphorical whiteboard animation video.
By translating dry corporate guidelines into a visual narrative, we successfully turned a potentially confusing HR requirement into a clear, highly engaging, and easily digestible learning tool.
The Challenge
The client needed to clearly explain the intricacies of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) to their workforce. The material covered several complex concepts:
